Recruitment Enhancement Services is currently recruiting for a Account Supervisor for the Marina Del Rey area. We are seeking candidates who want to create exceptional customer experiences by employing customer intelligence. The Account Supervisor, Loyalty Rewards will be responsible for taking high-level strategy and effectively implementing and executing it on an ongoing basis with their client and agency partners.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Oversee implementation of rewards initiative
• Day-to-day responsibility of leading internal team in translating high-level strategies to action-oriented deliverables
• Maintain contact with all levels of client organization, particularly senior management
• Provide direction to rewards teams to clarify scope of project, expectations, and deliverables
• Assist in developing and evolving the overall loyalty program to deliver measurable ROI and increased CLV
• Recognize opportunities where the Rewards Program can support or improve the Client’s customer’s experience
• Understand the customer’s expectations regarding reward programs within industry; monitor competitive programs for insights
• Take primary accountability for the quality, timeliness, and relevance of reward program
• Lead rewards team in developing enrollment, earning, redemption and benefits components
• Responsible for member communications, including strategies/creative direction for Web site, email, and direct mail
• Maintain the “voice” of the program, as well as graphic standards to ensure consistent messaging
• Drive a strong test and learn culture balanced with strong prioritization skills to generate key insights
• Measure program’s impact and improve/adjust based on data analysis
• Explore how rewards program can be extended to emerging media (mobile, social)
• Develop roadmap for Web site updates; audit site usability and report on analytics
• Assist in the definition and optimization of program segments
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Ability to perform the above duties. Requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience:
• Confident in what you’re doing: 5+ years experience in marketing oriented organizations
• Rewards program experience—agency or client-side
• Game On: Experience or enthusiasm for video games a plus
• Superior customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
• Must be self-motivated with an ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize many tasks across various teams within the organization
• Proven problem solving
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks on a concurrent basis
• Bachelor’s Degree
