Job Description

	As the leader of a group, you’ll be an advisor and coach to CEOs, senior executives, and business owners who have committed to enhancing their companies’ performance. We have opportunities in: Salt Lake City, Portland, Boise, Chicago, St. Louis, Boston, DC and New York City

Job Requirements

	Requirements: • President, former CEO, business owner or senior executive with P&L responsibility • Strong leadership skills, self-confidence and an entrepreneurial spirit • Strong financial acumen • Impeccable integrity and work ethic • Ability to listen, probe, challenge, clarify and generate insights in individuals • Ability to challenge senior executives and hold them accountable for actions they’ve committed to • Self-starter with availability to dedicate a minimum of one week per group per month • Strong social and business network • Had sole decision/expenditure authority Chair Candidates must have 2+ years: • Executive experience with managing a P & L of $5 Million or more • 15 or more direct/ indirect reports Chairs should see this opportunity as a vocation and have 30 hours availability per week and at least a 6 month financial runway. We seek candidates with a strong local network or the ability to build and leverage a strong local network. The ideal candidate should intend to live full time in the area for at least the next 5+ years. Travel: Local travel is required. Education: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university. Strong business acumen or MBA preferred.
