Human Resources Business Partner Job Category : Human Resources Job Location : Orlando, Florida RES (Recruitment Enhancement Services) is assisting a market leading business located in the Orlando, FL area, with the recruitment of an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Business Partner. Job Description   The HR Business Partner, under the general direction of an HR Director, will serve as a consultative business partner to assigned business groups. This position will be responsible for utilizing HR knowledge and experience to assess human capital needs in light of business objectives and to deliver effective HR solutions. Job Requirements   To qualify for this position, the successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and SHRM PHR certification, along with a minimum of 6+ years experience, with a majority of that experience performing exempt-level HR Generalist responsibilities. This individual must have a keen knowledge of federal and state regulations and compliance and a broad understanding of HR principles and practices. Additionally, qualified candidates will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; exceptional customer focus, ability to build effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; advanced computer skills; strong influencing and negotiation skills; solid research, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to demonstrate sound judgment on employment-related matters; strong follow-through; ability to make effective small and large group presentations; ability to meet deadlines; capable of leading project team members that are not direct reports; and ability to balance the needs of both management and employees.
