This highly respected agency is among the largest media networks in all regions of the world, providing 15,000 client brands worldwide a full complement of media and communications resources. Job Description   The Director of Communications Planning will be responsible for implementing holistic communications planning strategies across mediums that bring the idea to life and implement key consumer insights into the formulation of ideas and communication strategy, across all disciplines. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of general media principles and the CPG industry, as it relates to customer relationships, go to market systems and segmentation analysis. Job Requirements   To qualify for this position, qualified candidates should possess: - Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing Management or Communications); - 8+ years of experience in a large media agency with communications leadership experience on high profile, large accounts; - Experience in business to lead cutting edge CPG brand; - Proven track record in launching and sustaining best practices and processes in communications planning; - Sound understanding of general strategic media principles and CPG industry; - Experience with the integration of creative, media, PR and in store disciplines toward a singular strategic communications approach; - Successful and productive track record in relationship management with agency partners; - Open minded, strategic and creative approach to client and inter-agency projects and challenges; - Genuine enthusiasm for the industry and breaking new ground.
