Recruitment Enhancement Services is currently recruiting a Staff Engineer, Compressor Development for one of the world's largest solution provider of air conditioning, heating and refrigeration equipment for commercial, residential and transportation applications.

Job Description

	Staff Engineer who has gained expert knowledge in one or more key disciplines that are needed to support the advanced compressor development programs. This position is being targeted to be based in Syracuse, NY. Specific areas of expertise required include; developing physics based performance models, Pro- Engineer 3D Modeling and Analysis, Kinematics and Dynamic Simulations, Compression Process Modeling, Refrigerant Gas Dynamics Attenuation, Bearing and Seal Design, and Lubrication System Design. Expertise n Sound and Vibration elimination along with Screw, Reciprocating or Centrifugal Compressor Development experience needed

Job Requirements

	Specific Duties & Responsibilities will include: 1. Advancing analytical tools within specific area of expertise. 2. Application of advanced tools and knowledge to new compressor design concepts. 3. Application of advanced tools and knowledge to solve difficult design challenges. Education: * Bachelor's Degree in Mechnical Engineering * Master of Science or Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering Experience/Qualifications: * 8+ years experience in the design and development of refrigerant compressors with a minimum of 5 years of focused effort within the area of technology specialization. * Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a mufti-cultural global organization are essential.
